Sprinter service at this dealership is excellent. My service rep, Johnny Kartsonis, is very thorough and professional. I had warranty work done (rear wheel sensors) and we were keeping on eye on a slig service rep, Johnny Kartsonis, is very thorough and professional. I had warranty work done (rear wheel sensors) and we were keeping on eye on a slightly leaking power steering hose which they took care of on this visit at a reasonable (for MB!) price. I trust my Sprinter 3500/Itasca Navion RV with these guys! More

Brought my Sprinter RV in for a turbo resonator and bracket and Service B. Johnny explained what was involved, what the costs would be and how long it would take. I waited over an hour just to let the technician know why I was bringing in my car. My car was kept for two days with no feedback until 4:30 the second day! It was just a text which said Mercedes could not get my car to duplicate the issue. I drove out of Mercedes with my car and had the issue twice before I got home less than five miles away!! Not pleased or satisfied. I’ll be taking my car to Aristocrat. More

I took our car to get electirical work done on the front windows, seats and doors. We live about two hours from the dealership and since we have recently moved from the Bethesda, Maryland area we wanted to windows, seats and doors. We live about two hours from the dealership and since we have recently moved from the Bethesda, Maryland area we wanted to find a good Mercedes dealership. When I arrived at 10 a.m. I was told the repair might take 4 to 5 hours. I asked if it was possible to get a loaner but was told there was a shortage of loaners, so I would have to wait until the repairs were done. I waited for an hour or so and then was told the technician who was working on my car had a dental appointment for a root canal. I asked if I could get a loaner and come back the next day - but since there were no loaners I would have to drive my own car home. We then scheduled an appointment for two weeks later and reserved a loaner. When I arrived for my 10 a.m. appointment I was told they had run out of loaners. So I asked what I should do since I live two hours away and could not be assured the work would be completed by the end of day. The answer was repeated that no loaners were available. I asked if I could speak to the mananger. The serviceman came back and said the manager had found a loaner. I was able to return home and the work was completed three days later. I returned on the 5th day to pick up my car. After paying for the repair I happend to try the passenger-side seat control and it did not work. The serviceman said that both he and the technician had tried it and it worked fine the day before. The car was sent back to the technician and they discovered it needed a new mechanism to make the seat adjustment work. The serviceman said it would take 3 to 4 days to get the part. Since I had just returned my loaner he was able to get me the same loaner I had been driving. As we headed back home I recieved a call from someone from Merceds-Benz office asking If I could return the loaner because they had sold it. I said we live 2 hours away and would agree to have someone come to our house and pick up the loaner but we were not willing to drive it back. Finally after 4 days we were able to pick up our car and it is working fine. The serviceman agreed to absorb the labor cost for the repair - at my request. Since we have owned our Mercedes wagon for 15 years we have come to hold the Mercedes staff and the quality of the cars in high regard. This was far from what we had expected. I appreciate that you want to do better and I hope this note will help. Like More
