I have only worked with TJ before and it was outstanding. This time I must say I have had better service at Walmart auto. Told to wait in waiting room... waited.... waited... waited for service technici This time I must say I have had better service at Walmart auto. Told to wait in waiting room... waited.... waited... waited for service technician so I finally went to his office and ask a question. He was on his pc. Asked for a sec. OK. Waited and waited again. Finally he ask if I had an appointment..ya. and was very short with me until I became short with him. Had to keep re-asking my questions because he kept getting off track... almost pulled my keys and walked out... TJ would always check in on me and gave updates. Nothing just yelled in the sitting area "your cars done" paid and drove off with no kind word or any words from him..did say "carwash was done"...No mash on, kept staring at my mask... last time I go in. Looks like they hired all new young staff that needs a course in people skills. Sad. 5 years been going to this place. Looking at buying a new car for my wife here.. no thanks.. More
I called the dealership to inquire about a replacement battery. I was told the price which included tax and was ok with it but after the service was competed and quoted the bill, I was quoted a price high battery. Blake is nice, personable and looks to be driven to take care of the customer. He offered to have my car washed, which was nice and accepted. This is 2022, hoping for fair, good service/business with the dealership. More

This time, I can not find enough stars to praise Johnny and Daniel . I am more than excited to spread the word about the excellent service and teaching about my problem I received. I considered my visit a emergency, so I had no appointment. They both took care of it within one hour . Replaced a battery filled up the coolant and wiper fluid and even got my car washed , during a time when there is also a shortage of help with no lunchtime . Thank you again. More

My battery was draining and my signals were all going crazy AFTER Firestone service for an oil change and 1 brake light out. Matt & Blake at MBKC got me in there in 1 day and fixed 3 different issues in the week of Christmas for under $700 and it only took 1 day to do it. They arranged for me to get dropped off before service and then picked me up after service then Mike detailed my car before I returned. I will NEVER take my vehicle anywhere else in the KC area other than Mercedes Benz of KC. The customer service there exceeds expectations as they are like technicians and anxiety therapists. Thank you guys for an awesome experience! More
