I have had Mercedes Benz for 40 years and my recent service with a new advisor was worst experience, poor communication and car came back with more problems than it went in with. I really miss John D service with a new advisor was worst experience, poor communication and car came back with more problems than it went in with. I lucked out! I was a little early for my appointment and the person assigned to me hadn't returned from lunch. Scheduled appointment for service was Jan 24th 2022 for Missouri State inspection also review of check engine light, Now is March 7th 2022 car still is not been serviced, made several calls, left several m Missouri State inspection also review of check engine light, Now is March 7th 2022 car still is not been serviced, made several calls, left several messages but never received any call backs until March 4th 2022 but still nothing resolved just lots of finger pointing and excuses, License plates have now expired so car can not be driven so needed to have car towed to another service center to preform Missouri state inspection.
