Hello, had work done on my s550 a while ago that was still under warranty. Started having the same issues with it and tried several times to get an appointment and was finally able to make get an appoi still under warranty. I was given an appointment nearly a month away from the time of the call. At that the time of the appointment a month later I was told the warranty was now expired. How convenient? I was told I would have to pay for whatever the issues might be. The reason I would have to pay, because I had only put 1500 miles on the vehicle in the last two years and they considered that neglect. After going back and forth with the manager? (John) they finally agree to cover the cost of the repair. A new battery? I have previously purchased two of these at the time of the first repair. I paid for the oil change and take the vehicle home. Guess what, still doing the same thing. Also, the vehicle was vacuumed inside but the outside was filthy as it had been the last 3 times, I have picked it up from there. (I have pictures) the main reason when i purchased another vehicle a couple of years ago BMW so for no issues. So do your research before you buy. A word to the wise. More
