Here is the deal - I have not found any other dealer in the KC metro area that is as consistent and professional as MB of KC. The service team is outstanding. Johnny K goes out of his way to insure the repairs are done on time, on target, and with no variation. Because of the Service team's excellent work, my machines last a long time so I don't have much contact with the sales group. I suspect they are first class as well. It is worth your time to visit them. More

Besides, I paid for the inspection of air spring suspension. Everything went smoothly. So far, I was pretty happy with adviser, because he handled the service well. But for the cleaning and washing, then it came a bad service. I had the vehicle detailed a week before, and it shine was faultless. After I left the service center, the vehicle intact was not vacuumed, and the wash was so dirty. On top of that, I had to buff off the round scratches on my hood where they left a round object on it, which is created the scratches. I was so disappointed. I might think twice now if I wanted to bring the vehicle back for service in the future. More

Our MB E350 went in for a service and an issue of not going into reverse. I first scheduled the appointment with Corey, then met Matt Hoover when I went in. The service got done, and they found what going into reverse. I first scheduled the appointment with Corey, then met Matt Hoover when I went in. 18 months later... still not fixed Matt Hoover will not return phone calls now, even when I need regular service. I've had my GLC for 18 months and the head unit has never worked. Mercedes told me it was my issue and I needed a new phone, 4 phones later, the issue still exists and Mercedes refuses to fix it. Called to schedule service and Matt Hoover doesn't return phone calls. Had to call the GM to get an appointment for service. More
