I recently took my C300 in for the first time since purchasing it and received excellent service from the dealership. They took care of a loaner car for me and I was in and out in nothing flat. What I purchasing it and received excellent service from the dealership. They took care of a loaner car for me and I was in and out in nothing flat. What I liked best is they did not try to pressure me into additional services that were not covered by my contract. Good job Mercedes of Kansas City! More

Help is there when you need it Called Mercedes for a flat tire. Within 40 minutes tow truck flat bedded my car to my dealer. My service advisor T.J. Texted me that nail was protrudi Called Mercedes for a flat tire. Within 40 minutes tow truck flat bedded my car to my dealer. My service advisor T.J. Texted me that nail was protruding from side wall. I was due for new rear tires and they were ordered. In the meantime he also noted my car was slow to start and suggested a new battery. Had forgotten to tell him that and was so glad he detected the low battery. Car was delivered to my home and they made a special effort to cleanse my car. T.J. Remembered my husband was in the hospital and I had been in confinement to assure he came home to a safe house. He not only took good care of my car but also the owners. Service I set an appointment to fix a recall and get new windshield wiper blade. My appointment was at 9am and I got a loaner car due to coronavirus and not I set an appointment to fix a recall and get new windshield wiper blade. My appointment was at 9am and I got a loaner car due to coronavirus and not wanting to wait in the waiting room. I got a texted Michael Harris at 12:20pm and asked was there any news on my car and he texted me back at 12:31pm saying they just pulled my car in to be serviced. I later got a call saying that the dealership didn't have the equipment to fix my recall and that I would have to come back in about 5 days to get that done. Got back to the dealership (I was sitting in the parking lot) and then was told they would be able to fix my car and it would take 45 minutes. I waited in the waiting room and paid for me my windshield blades and left. I understand that this virus has slowed a lot down, but to have been almost 3.5 hours to tell me that you don't have the airbags to fix the recall is pretty excessive. And another 45 to an hour to finally get the airbags fixed and and leave all the lent in my car as well as not fixing the clocks is a long time. Michael apologized and I appreciate that, but my time is important as well and I don't think it was his fault. I've had GREAT service from here in the past. More

During COVID-19 Service Department is practicing all preventive measures with limited hours of Service. Upon completion of Service, I was able to go and pickup my car. All went smoothly as always!
