John always organizes each visit so that actual time spent at the dealership is measured in minutes instead of hours. He particularly stands out through his ability to listen and understand complex issues and provide solutions to them. He is knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Since I live 50 miles away, I usually get a loaner car. I really appreciate these cars as they are usually new and I get to drive a variety of different Mercedes vehicles. The actual service done on the car has always been outstanding, I have never been dissatisfied with any of the service done on the car. Highly recommend. More
