Had a slow leak in one of my tires so I took my car to MB of KC in Martin City. Although they were pretty busy, TJ, Cody & the service team really took care of me and got a new tire put on & had me out of th of KC in Martin City. I could not ask for better quality service for my E350. Brought the car in for brakes and not only was work done efficiently and well but also the car is returned spotless. I brought my 2013 GLK for a safety recall service. The service was terrific and professional. As usual my service consultant Johnny Kartsonis had my loaner car ready and I got my car back at the promised service was terrific and professional. Last week I brought in our 2014 GLK for a recall on the Takana air bag issue. I stupidly arrived the day before my appt., but TJ the Service Manager kindly squeezed me into the schedule, and also took car Takana air bag issue. He and Maggie provided me a ride home, so that I could return at the end of the work day to pick up the car. And it had been washed!
