Tj always helpful, never tries to sell tires or services until we are sure we need to something. Never any pressure, always helpfull in arranging transportation (if needed) and is flexible on when I should until we are sure we need to something. Never any pressure, always helpfull in arranging transportation (if needed) and is flexible on when I should bring in the car or SUV. He is also very knowledgeable about the cars. Waiting lounge is very good. The entire dealership is always clean and professional in appearance. I like the cars and I like the service!! More

Had to bring my vehicle back on 26 Feb, one day after I picked up on 25 Feb. the entire A/C unit did not work, and there was a scratch/crack on the passenger side wood paneling. Shop foreman used software picked up on 25 Feb. the entire A/C unit did not work, and there was a scratch/crack on the passenger side wood paneling. Shop foreman used software diagnostics to get the A/C unit back on. The service manger reviewed the scratch and offered to cover labor if I would cover the part. Wasn’t to happy about that. I still got my rear brakes done done since I had already made the trip. More
