Service Rep was the best. Personable efficient and the best. Dealership prices are outrageous found out I can do the repair for $1,800 elsewhere compared to the vs $5,600 I was charged. loaner shortages best. This dealership has low end poor quality loaners if ever available. Hard to get an appointment when needed unless you have relationship and direct access to the service advisor. Quality usually good but lately having to go back several times for the same problem and still have no resolution. Even when the car left for few days. More

Recently had to have needed repairs to my GLK350, due to oil and antifreeze leak. It literally took a month for my warranty company to acknowledge my service person who was persistent and professional to ma oil and antifreeze leak. It literally took a month for my warranty company to acknowledge my service person who was persistent and professional to make sure it was approved, we both tag teamed. I’m grateful for this dealership and TJ for always making sure things are done, done right and fair when it comes to my car. I’ve never had better service and dealt with the most friendliest, personable and professional staff and service crew! Always 1st class treatment!! More

Dropped car off wed for 845 appointment thurs for pickup time of 3pm got there at 306 and car had not been touched....no one called to advise running late....very expensive service dept! Although I have yet to purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City, their service department has Mercedes dealerships during my ownership experience. Although I have yet to purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City, their service department has been excellent. If you’re fortunate enough to work with Lisa Graham, she is professional, prompt, and has a great sense of humor. The other service staff I’ve encountered have been great.
