Punctured the right rear tire on my GLS 450 near a construction site in downtown Kansas City. Called Matt Hoover because the tire dealerships didn’t carry the large 20 inch wheels needed for this vehi construction site in downtown Kansas City. I drop the car off early and even though they didn’t have a shuttle he had a driver take me to work and two hours later text me that The car was already ready to be picked up with two new tires and rotation. Appreciate their ability to get the tires when nobody else could in town - get me to work and get them on quickly. More
