I purchased the Pro Pack for my newly purchaed vehicle. When I brought my vehicle in for the Pro Pack, I was offered a loaner car. My Pro Pack offer stated that I was to receive one "free" rental car for t When I brought my vehicle in for the Pro Pack, I was offered a loaner car. My Pro Pack offer stated that I was to receive one "free" rental car for the first Pro Pack installation. My "free" loaner car cost me over $47. I drove the loaner car less than 15 miles but I had to rent it for 1 1/2 days, which is how long the Service Department kept my vehicle to intall the Pro Pack. On the second day, I waited all day for a telephone call to say that my vehicle was ready. Finally, about 4:15 pm, I called to see if the vehicle was ready. I had left 2 telephone numbers, where I could be reached, but no one called to tell me the vehicle was ready. When I brought in my vehicle, I showed the Service Tech the ding in the vehicle's body that the salesman and I had noticed when the vehicle was sitting on the dealership's lot. The Service Tech noted the ding and said it would be repaired. When I picked up my vehicle, the ding was not even touched. I informed the Service department that this ding was not fixed. They said they would call me when the Dentless Removal person was available. I have yet to receive that telephone call informing me about the Dentless Removal person's schedule. I have learned my lesson about "loaner" cars from this dealership. Even though I will need to take off work for another Service Visit to have the ding removed, I will never use a "loaner" car from this dealership again. The salesman, Fernando, was great and I appreciated working with him. I only had issues with the Service Department. More

We have purchased 3 new vehicles in less than 2 years and most likely will continue to purchase from this dealership. Dave Sherman is the best. The finance part of the deal can be dreadful and he made the exchange pleasant and quick. No over the top pressure, explained all of the options thoroughly and respected our time. In all of the years of purchasing cars, this was the best experience from beginning to end. I am so glad I gave this dealership another chance. I will now refer friends to this dealership specifically to Fernando. At the end of the day, I purchased the "exact car" I wanted and I love it! Thanks Fernando and Dave. More

Julie is absolutely the best sales person I have ever worked with over the many years of buying high end German cars. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the performance aspects of the car, and worked with over the many years of buying high end German cars. Jesse has been short and patronizing to me since the day I went into the dealership for the first time. It has not been a pleasent experience.
