An excellent experience. We were in the market to buy a new car. We priced the Mercedes Benz CLS550 and found this particular dealership to be very competitive. Worst car buying experience I've ever had! Bought a used car from them. They scratched the paint off the rear bumper removing the prior dealer's emblem. I insisted they repaint the bumper. In doing so, they messed up the car emblem on the car. I had to wait a week for them to get a replacement and when they were putting it on the car, they messed up the paint AGAIN. It's been over a month since I bought the car and I'm still waiting for them to paint the bumper and replace the emblems. They caused all the damage themselves and apparently are too inept to fix it. To add insult to injury, when I went to the DMV to pay my sales tax and transfer my plates, the dealership had not given me all the necessary papers to do so. I waited in line for an hour for nothing and had to go back a second time. At this point, I just wish I had my old car back. I highly recommend buying elsewhere. More
