Ahmed "TJ" Altaji is great, dealer service is excellent! I have three Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedans that are serviced at this dealership. There have been times when the work was not performed well, or sometimes when it has taken 3 tries to get the work done well, but they have always made up for the error and owned up for it. I contacted my Service Representative, Johnny Kartsonis, and he fou I had an issue with my car just when I was needing to drive a lot with my family. I contacted my Service Representative, Johnny Kartsonis, and he found a way to work my car in to diagnose the problem.
