Johnny K goes out of his way to insure the repairs are done on time, on target, and with no variation. Because of the Service team's excellent work, my machines last a long time so I don't have much contact with the sales group. I suspect they are first class as well. But for the cleaning and washing, then it came a bad service. I had the vehicle detailed a week before, and it shine was faultless. After I left the service center, the vehicle intact was not vacuumed, and the wash was so dirty. On top of that, I had to buff off the round scratches on my hood where they left a round object on it, which is created the scratches. I was so disappointed. I might think twice now if I wanted to bring the vehicle back for service in the future. More

Our MB E350 went in for a service and an issue of not going into reverse. I first scheduled the appointment with Corey, then met Matt Hoover when I went in.
