80,000 Mile Service Excellent service and very accommodating with loaner transportation. I am out of state and have to travel 90-miles to get to the dealership so it's Excellent service and very accommodating with loaner transportation. I am out of state and have to travel 90-miles to get to the dealership so it's important to have another car while service is being conducted. The Shreveport dealership west of me no longer provides this service which is why I keep using Jackson's location. More
My vehicle burned totally up due to poor quality service. Had my vehicle serviced for an out of town trip. My car caught on fire because the oil cap was left off. I have spoken to assistant manager regarding the fact that my vehicle burned totally up--but, I have yet to hear from anyone at the dealership. I am sure it is because of liability reasons, but no one has called to check on my mental well being after experiencing this event. Very poor customer relations. More
