I own a 2009 MB E Class 320 Bluetec that I purchased with 285 miles on it 18 months ago. Currently the car has 39,000 miles on it. The service has been excellent at 10,000 mile intervals and loaner C Class 285 miles on it 18 months ago. Currently the car has 39,000 miles on it. The service has been excellent at 10,000 mile intervals and loaner C Class vehicles have been provided free of charge for the day. The staff are courteous and friendly. Everyone I have encountered at this dealership exhibits these behaviors. My minor disappointments do include the $1,000, 20,000 mile service fees for this particular engine although when you consider the bullet proof and turbo charged nature of this engine it is well worth it. It has perfomed flawlessly while getting 35-38 mpg on the highway. I would recomend this Dealership to anyone who wants to own a MB or who needs service. More
My many service experiences with World Wide Motors has been disappointing. They are well aware that they are the only Mercedes-Benz dealer within miles of Indianapolis, IN and it shows in their attitude. been disappointing. They are well aware that they are the only Mercedes-Benz dealer within miles of Indianapolis, IN and it shows in their attitude. We had our sunroof serviced for squeaks and rattles a few years back and it was not initially fixed. The next time we went in for service I brought up the fact that it was not fixed during the last service and they would not even look at it without charging more to inspect and correct what should have been performed the first time. The latest issue concerns body, brake and wheel lug nut rust. They are quick to blame the local car wash for the issue. They did not even offer a solution if I was to pay for the work.I understand that my car is out of warranty but at 65,000 miles and garage kept you should not see rust on a car of this caliber and design. We bought 2 Mercedes-Benz from the dealer. The sales experience has been more than adequate however the service has been disappointing. I will now be taking my Mercedes-Benz out of town in search for a dealer who will provide actual customer service. You would think that during these economic times dealerships might be interested in keeping customers for future sales. This is not the case with World Wide Motors. More
