I first contacted Leo (the person I bought my car from) to find out what the best approach would be in regards to getting it fixed. Leo and Brendan went out of their way accommodating me and getting my car fixed. It did take a couple of days to fix because my wheel was supposedly bent. I can’t thank Leo enough for convincing me to purchase the tire and wheel insurance!!! More
Was just verbally abused by the General Manager First review ever written on line, but had to share this....Went to the dealership for some minor issues. Salesperson takes us to General Manager who First review ever written on line, but had to share this....Went to the dealership for some minor issues. Salesperson takes us to General Manager who for whatever reason when on the attack, began to yell at us in the showroom. Put blame on us. He started yelling and even dropped the biggest of all curse words. All to the amazement of my wife, the salesperson, the employees and the other customers. I have never experienced an after sale/customer experience like this regardless of purchase or cost. "The best or nothing.." not when it comes to the General Manager and customer service at this dealer.. wait I guess we got the nothing with a dose of cursing. I will not post the name of the General Manager, but it is easy to find, his is the big office in the middle of all the salespeople. More

They called late that day to tell me they had forgotten to order my new tires and would need to keep the car over the weekend. When I picked the car up on Tuesday the windshield was cracked. They never called to tell me and refused to make amends, even after Mercedes corporate recommended that they do. Take your business elsewhere. More
Over the past seven years and two different models, (both purchased at WW Motors) I've had nothing but quality service from this dealership. From the time I schedule the appointment (multiple ways to accomp purchased at WW Motors) I've had nothing but quality service from this dealership. From the time I schedule the appointment (multiple ways to accomplish that task) until I pick up the car after service is completed, WW Motors has been a positive experience for me. Whenever I've had to leave the vehicle to complete the service process, I've always been provided with a loaner vehicle free of charge (I do have to replace the gas I've used before I return the vehicle or else I'm charged for it). That seems fair to me, as most dealerships these days expect me to rent a loaner vehicle. My only hesitation is that their service prices seem a bit high, but on the other hand I've always had any cares or concerns addressed and completed to my total satisfaction. If you need service on your MB and in the greater Indianapolis area, I recommend Worldwide Motors both for sales and service. More
I own a 2009 MB E Class 320 Bluetec that I purchased with 285 miles on it 18 months ago. Currently the car has 39,000 miles on it. The service has been excellent at 10,000 mile intervals and loaner C Class 285 miles on it 18 months ago. Currently the car has 39,000 miles on it. The service has been excellent at 10,000 mile intervals and loaner C Class vehicles have been provided free of charge for the day. The staff are courteous and friendly. Everyone I have encountered at this dealership exhibits these behaviors. My minor disappointments do include the $1,000, 20,000 mile service fees for this particular engine although when you consider the bullet proof and turbo charged nature of this engine it is well worth it. It has perfomed flawlessly while getting 35-38 mpg on the highway. I would recomend this Dealership to anyone who wants to own a MB or who needs service. More
My many service experiences with World Wide Motors has been disappointing. They are well aware that they are the only Mercedes-Benz dealer within miles of Indianapolis, IN and it shows in their attitude. been disappointing. They are well aware that they are the only Mercedes-Benz dealer within miles of Indianapolis, IN and it shows in their attitude. We had our sunroof serviced for squeaks and rattles a few years back and it was not initially fixed. The next time we went in for service I brought up the fact that it was not fixed during the last service and they would not even look at it without charging more to inspect and correct what should have been performed the first time. The latest issue concerns body, brake and wheel lug nut rust. They are quick to blame the local car wash for the issue. They did not even offer a solution if I was to pay for the work.I understand that my car is out of warranty but at 65,000 miles and garage kept you should not see rust on a car of this caliber and design. We bought 2 Mercedes-Benz from the dealer. The sales experience has been more than adequate however the service has been disappointing. I will now be taking my Mercedes-Benz out of town in search for a dealer who will provide actual customer service. You would think that during these economic times dealerships might be interested in keeping customers for future sales. This is not the case with World Wide Motors. More
