All the staff from the receptionist to demonstration assistant to the General Manager treated my wife and I with the upmost conscientious. Focused service included putting our new car, when it arrived, in our garage at one home so it could be transported to our winter home--where we were at the time. The professionalism of the ordering and pricing of our new car was as pleasant as this process can be. Having dealt with Lexus for a number of cars and years, this process was more forthright and honest. More

Great Customer Service I unfortunately got a flat tire on my GLK350 a week ago and was very pleased with the service at World Wide. I first contacted Leo (the person I boug I unfortunately got a flat tire on my GLK350 a week ago and was very pleased with the service at World Wide. I first contacted Leo (the person I bought my car from) to find out what the best approach would be in regards to getting it fixed. Leo and Brendan went out of their way accommodating me and getting my car fixed. It did take a couple of days to fix because my wheel was supposedly bent. I can’t thank Leo enough for convincing me to purchase the tire and wheel insurance!!! More
