We appreciated his honesty and manner in dealing with us. Especially in that he noted a flaw in the paint on the hood (which we did not) and moved to have it repaired. Due to paint matching problems, their shop performed a total repaint. We couldn't be happier and wanted to commend him for his professionalism and the dealership for going beyond anything in our experience when purchasing a used vehicle. More

Greg was very organized which made for a quick and easy delivery! Then as I drove away, a rock from the truck in front of me, flew up and hit my windshield, cracking it. When I told Greg what happened and that I was going to call the trucking company to see if they would replace it, Greg's response was, "Don't waste your time. I'll take car of it for you. Just enjoy your car." What a wonderful experience!!! I highly recommend Worldwide Motors! More

AVOID servicing your Smart Car here I was travelling through the state of Indiana when my cabrio top stopped functioning. The service department at Worldwide Motors treated me like I was an idiot, then told me the soonest they could make an appointment to even look at it would be seven days away! They only have one Smart mechanic. The service agents don't know anything about Smart cars (didn't even know how to unlock mine) and it didn't matter if it was a fuse or a motor...he said the service mechanic couldn't look at my car for a week. If your Smart car breaks down in Indiana, hope you have the time and money to stay in a motel for at least a week or that you can get to a neighboring state (I'm headed to Chicago). More

First New Car Buying Experience...Surprisingly Painless Previously I have had two used cars, so I was initially not looking forward to visiting dealerships to start my search for a new vehicle. My concern w Previously I have had two used cars, so I was initially not looking forward to visiting dealerships to start my search for a new vehicle. My concern was justified when visiting the BMW dealership as it just seemed like pushy sales reps along with a bit of disarray despite having made an appointment; likewise at the Jeep dealership. On the other hand, my experience at World Wide Motors was nearly effortless with Chelsea Boller, she just let me enjoy learning about the vehicle instead of trying to oversell it. I am an engineer who always does my research and am not shy about asking questions, and with purchasing a brand new model (2016 GLC300), Chelsea was able to address all of my question/concerns and made the ordering process straightforward & essentially stress-free. She helped me select upgrades that she felt would be useful to me just from our casual conversations during the test drives and did not push for any extras I didn’t think necessary. While I was awaiting my car to be built & shipped, she provided updates on the delivery timeframe so that I could easily align the auto loan & insurance necessities. Then on the evening that I picked up my car, she took the time to walk me through every feature to make sure I would get the most out of my GLC. I greatly appreciated the professional atmosphere at World Wide Motors, especially the proficient & courteous conduct of Chelsea Boller, who made my first “new” car buying experience painless. More

Our buying experiences with all the dealerships was pleasant enough, but our experience - and my comfort level - with our Mercedes salesman, Paul Bennett, was top-notch. Paul was friendly, informative and clearly listened to our interests and concerns and responded accordingly. His knowledge of other vehicle brands (without bashing the other brands, which I found to be very professional) was very helpful to us in making our decision to buy our Mercedes GLE 300 Diesel. So often when working with other dealerships, I sense a fake sincerity; not at World Wide Motors with Paul. He guided and coached us through the buying process in a way that ensured our needs were met without pushing more than what we wanted. He explained the pros and cons of all available options, but respected the price point we had targeted. Paul continues to be a tremendous (and comfortable) resource for me when I have questions that the user manual doesn't answer as concisely as I would like. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend my vehicle or WWM and Paul Bennett to any of our friends or family! More
