My First Benz !!!! This was my 1st Benz purchase. I've previously owned GM. When my wife & I entered the showroom we were greeted by most of the staff and felt comfortab This was my 1st Benz purchase. I've previously owned GM. When my wife & I entered the showroom we were greeted by most of the staff and felt comfortable . Anthony "Bud" M. had originally contacted me as a result of several Benz's I wanted to see. Anthony was very personable and showed us the cars however they seemed a bit cramped. Anthony then suggested I look at a larger model (E-350). He had a few E-350's but recommended a particular model that had come in. I originally limited my search to cars under 10,000 miles -this one had 28,000 miles. I was skeptical however the car looked better then a newer one. Anthony then said that that the car was still under the Mercedes warrantee. the car also had roadside assistance covering me anywhere. With these assurances it would be foolish not to take the car. We picked up the car on Tuesday and the whole process was unremarkable even the financing with Spence. There are no horror stories here as I have heard about other dealers. Anthony also showed us every feature in the car and the service area when we bring the car for it's scheduled maintenance as we never owned a Benz. I would highly recommend not only this dealership for it's service but also Anthony for his patience and superior customer service attitude. Keep up the good work!!!!!
