Overall favorable experience. The service staff is friendly and tries to do right. Isuues exsist such as a longer than expected time to diagnosis a problem and in one case, a failed transmission and c friendly and tries to do right. Isuues exsist such as a longer than expected time to diagnosis a problem and in one case, a failed transmission and controller , it took 4 trips to solve the problem. I have been a customer for 20 years and I would go back, although the pricing on new cars is strict. More
