I was greeted at my car by Lori Ludwig who had my file and reviewed with me the services my car was scheduled for. She was friendly, professional and thorough. Stuart and Lori had a loaner car ready to go and I was out the door with no wait time. Both Lori and Stuart called me during the day with additional information on what the service technicians had observed and recommendations on how to proceed. I was greeted at the door upon my return and my car was washed and ready to go. Great experience - the service at this location is the main reason why I purchased my second Mercedes - they are the best! More

Brought car in for 40,000 mile service and check some road noise. Found alignment problem caused by road hazard which caused extensive damage to undercarriage. I recently purchased a Mercedes and brought my service needs to Hunt Valley as my wife has been extremely satisfied with her past five cars. The entire staff were friendly and professional while the quali needs to Hunt Valley as my wife has been extremely satisfied with her past five cars. The entire staff were friendly and professional while the quality of the service was speedy and precise. Cleaning the car at the end of the service was a nice touch too. More

Like my parents, I bought my Mercedes from hunt valley and pl enjoy talking to her because she is passionate about Mercedes, just like her customers. Like my parents, I bought my Mercedes from hunt valley and plan on buying another Mercedes this year from them (my fourth Mercedes) The most recent visit 12/21 did upset me in one regard, I am 26 years old and was sitting in the CLS63 AMG in the show room, checking out the new younger baby Benz for the first time, when I was told that the "base" model was outside and that I was in something called an AMG! I felt like I needed to defend myself by reminding the sales agent that I was the proud owner of multiple Mercedes one of which is a C55 AMG and that my dad owned an SL65 from Benson Mercedes in New Orleans - the CLA is designed for people my age, how rude (of course I did not say this, instead I said, "yes I am aware"). I play with new Mercedes all time, first time that's happened to me. More
