The worst dealership hands down. Racism from the service manager Eric, unorganized, scams. Previously worked here and in the middle of a lawsuit. Do not come here!! The service managers Ego is as big as the complaint list from this dealership. I was terminated after bringing my concerns about the service manager to the head manager. On my termination letter they stated wrong information and when addressed about it Mr. ego head himself, Eric, directed me to an email address to file a complaint. After sending my complains in I get a reply back from ERIC himself. This man sent me his own email as an attempt to cover up his tracks. Defamation suit is on its way full steam directly at the shadiness of this establishment and Eric himself. He favors his white friends he brought in the job and disregards his colored employees and attendants whoever been at the facility much longer than him and his buddies. This shadiness needs to be called out and held accountable More
This dealership is a rip off!! John Hawkins lacks competence and knowledge while charging inflated prices. I was charged approximately $900 for the b service (oil change) and $800 for a front and ba competence and knowledge while charging inflated prices. I was charged approximately $900 for the b service (oil change) and $800 for a front and back differential which cost $390 at Mercedes of Owings Mills for a job that takes 1 hour. These crooks charged me for 3 hours at $150 per hour, 19.99 for an invoice that I requested after getting inconsistent and misleading information. Than to make matters worst they charged $102.75 for windshield wiper blades claiming that they gave me 20% off. I called Mercedes of Catonsville they quoted $96, so I called Mercedes of Hunt Valley’s parts department and spoke with Shane who quoted $98 with taxes. When I confronted Service Manager Barry Williams he was adamant that the prices on my invoice was accurate and fair. However, after emailing him and John back and forth the prices continuously fluctuated. He refused to answer my questions. Why did a job that consist of one hour by three different dealers take 3? He also refused to answer why I was charged for 4 different filters that was included in the oil change. He never answered about the $19 invoice charge or gouging prices for windshield wipers. In all, I paid $19.99 for an invoice totaling $1468 with unjustified and bogus charges. More
Service of Mercedes S430 We had our vehicle serviced and when it was returned to us there was another issue, which we paid an additional $980 to repair. It was returned to us after the second servicing with an electrical issue that did not exist before the work was performed. We took the vehicle back and they rain a diagnostic and charged us an additional $135 for the diagnostic and did not fix the problem. This is unsatisfactory. More

Superior Experience Yvonne, was extremely pleasant . My car was in for a check up. My list of things to be done was completed and also they found a bubble in the tire.
