Overall favorable experience. The service staff is friendly and tries to do right. Isuues exsist such as a longer than expected time to diagnosis a problem and in one case, a failed transmission and c friendly and tries to do right. I have been a customer for 20 years and I would go back, although the pricing on new cars is strict. More

One of the most arrogant Mercedes dealers I've ever encountered. Their attitude is that "The customer is always wrong". Repairs are often not completed correctly the first time, often vehicles are ke encountered. Their attitude is that "The customer is always wrong". Repairs are often not completed correctly the first time, often vehicles are kept overnight, because the service department is too busy to complete them in one day. Skill level of most technicians is sub-standard. Not the best. More
