Good morning- Experience was mixed. Good initial meeting but closing of documentation was questionable! Also, when the car was delivered to farm, there was no time spent to instruct d Good initial meeting but closing of documentation was questionable! Also, when the car was delivered to farm, there was no time spent to instruct driver on the operation of the car. Two days later, when wife was at Club and played tennis, returned to car but could not start. Found out that keys need to be placed in center console. Selling a car is just one component in the customer experience. The ending was not what my wife expected! More
