I would leave 0 stars if I could for not being professional, not doing an honest maintenance service (who knows if they have done everything the paperwork shows they did) and for charging $300 to professional, not doing an honest maintenance service (who knows if they have done everything the paperwork shows they did) and for charging $300 to do diagnostic while every other places do it for free. Stay away from this place and take your car somewhere else. More

My AC went out for the 2nd time in a few months, I made an appointment on line Thursday for next day and the computer randomly assigned Mr. X (name withheld) for 1030 am next day. I arrived Mr. X took the an appointment on line Thursday for next day and the computer randomly assigned Mr. X (name withheld) for 1030 am next day. I arrived Mr. X took the car in and I was told to wait for the assessment. While waiting and prepared to wait indefinitely, Yamileth Hernandez, my usual attendant, noticed me and inquired, why was I there? After explaining, she then said, let me check on it. On returning, she said I will have MY technician check it out and let you know. She returned and said the compressor is needing replacement and will take 3-4 hours. So I said I was willing to wait around in the area because I need it for work next day. Well, she would not have me do that. She arranged Uber to take me home and let rest in the comfort of my house and then pick me up 4 hours later and get my car. Now that is service with a personal touch : she knew my car service history and that I work in the medical field. Now that is service above and beyond, and I really appreciate it.
