I was very disappointed with the service department. Ms Hernandez was late for the appointment. This was my first visit to this dealership and it was not clear where the service wait area was and after Ms Hernandez was late for the appointment. This was my first visit to this dealership and it was not clear where the service wait area was and after finding the parts desk it was also a disappointment. I asked Ms Hernandez for a quote for a seat repair and she gave me some numbers on a "post it" pad. I was expecting a formal detailed quote. As I had a great experience with MB dealers in Atlanta I was expecting the same level of experience here - again big disappointment More

I would leave 0 stars if I could for not being professional, not doing an honest maintenance service (who knows if they have done everything the paperwork shows they did) and for charging $300 to professional, not doing an honest maintenance service (who knows if they have done everything the paperwork shows they did) and for charging $300 to do diagnostic while every other places do it for free. Stay away from this place and take your car somewhere else. More
