In the beginning of a month-long road trip, we brought our new MB Sprinter van 2500 in with a Check Engine light and a rare DPF (Emission) part malfunction. This part was back ordered in the U.S. by month our new MB Sprinter van 2500 in with a Check Engine light and a rare DPF (Emission) part malfunction. This part was back ordered in the U.S. by months and no dealers had it. Somehow our Service Advisor Michael Huerta and the Parts team located the part within days and got us on our way. We can't thank them enough for taking care of us and their professionalsm. They also fixed a hood issue (done by me the owner) and the charges were VERY reasonable which was unusual for a MB dealership. If we lived in Houston I would be a customer of this dealership for life. Thank you MB Houston North for a great customer experience and letting us get on our way to travel throughout the U.S. More
