None of my concerns were addressed and I’m wondering if a service was performed on my car at all. I heard something in the suspension when I dropped my car off and I still hear it today. I went here to get help with my radio. I was greeted with negativity and rudeness. This came from the manager of all people. I was told “you buy an apple product from apple” as an example of why I shouldn’t negativity and rudeness. This came from the manager of all people. I went to Mercedes in the Woodlands who helped me right away and resolved my issue in under 15 minutes. Stay away from the Spring store. They are nasty and don’t care how they treat people.
