Jason Fleeks has always done a great job in having maintenance performed on our Mercedes Benz cars. Our 2013 E350 still performs, handles, drives and looks like it is much newer. Generally good but I was in the dealership more than 3 hours with a 10:00 appointment for a check engine light. Very slow service and spotty updates on progress of repair. The service people that greet you when you drive up deserve a five star rating but it is the service that counts and I give the people that do the service only one star. That is, I paid extra to get the rims cleaned up and resurfaced and was told it could be done overnight. I left the car on a Thursday and picked it up on Monday. There is nothing wrong with that either; the folks that arrange the loaner, etc and return were very kind and gracious. But when I picked up the car and got out on the hwy to go back to Kingwood the light came on that my tires on the right side were at 27 from right and 42 right rear. So, when I got home I looked closer and saw that the wheels had not even been cleaned either. The interior of the car had not been cleaned at all but I guess they ran it thru a car wash; and then I noticed every cap on the tire stem was missing; every one. More
