My car wasn’t completed correctly on my first visit or the second visit. I had oil stain in the inside of my door panel. I had to bring my car back on a third time to finally get the problem solved. Well as I took the car in to get the AC repaired and the next day it didn't start, you can imagine that I don't give it any stars, in fact i give it at least 2 minus start. I called my service adviser at n next day it didn't start, you can imagine that I don't give it any stars, in fact i give it at least 2 minus start. I called my service adviser at noon and got just a text from her saying how upset she was that the car was not cooling (in 100 degree Houston weather) and thanking me for letting her know; like I was going to keep it a secret . She said she was going to get me a loaner car right away, and I didn't hear back from her yesterday. My idea of "service" is if you don't do the service you charge for, you get a loaner car right then and make sure the customer doesn't have to suffer 100 degree heat one minute longer. More

Carlos Trevino and others, were very friendly and after replacing my old battery with a lifetime battery, they gave me a beautiful car wash and clean in and out the car, I was so grateful to Carlos, being replacing my old battery with a lifetime battery, they gave me a beautiful car wash and clean in and out the car, I was so grateful to Carlos, being elderly I don't get a chance to clean and wash my car before I brought it there to the dealership,the environment was impeccable, the restrooms were very clean , and the free snack bar was full and everybody was so friendly. I had no appointment. and I was a walk-in and I got waited on right away. within 2-3 minutes, an employee came out with a pad to service me,, and he was very friendly. Cheryl Waller More
