Brought my car for an issue with carplay. They said it would take 1 day or less. They kept it for 3 days. They did not update me that it would take longer than the one day until I reached out They said it would take 1 day or less. They kept it for 3 days. They did not update me that it would take longer than the one day until I reached out and even then they did not give a timeline of how long it would take and kept saying it would be done that day (the third day). Halfway through the third day I gave up because I needed my car back as I was carless because they said it was a short issue and did not offer me a loaner or any alternative. When I got there they said they had still not diagnosed the issue. I could not leave the car there any longer because I needed my car or a loaner obviously. Ended up getting my car back still unfixed after sitting there for 3 days (without them even diagnosing the issue) and took it to a different Mercedes dealership which gave me a loaner and handled the issue promptly. Would NOT recommend this dealership, there are way better Mercedes dealerships in Houston. More
