Not happy with the service that I have received. I have had 3 service calls in 3 months. I believe the service department messed up my vehicle, but I had to pay each time. Jay at Mercedes Greenway takes such GREAT care of me and my C300. I had a blow out in Houston and had to drive super slow to get to Mercedes. The minute I pulled in, Jay was waiting and ready to help. He kn my C300. I had a blow out in Houston and had to drive super slow to get to Mercedes. The team replaced it and I was back on the road to home before long. While I waited in the plush lounge area, I was also greeted and asked if I needed anything to drink or eat by the Sales Team.
