I have had my car serviced at this dealership for many years and have dealt with several service advisors. All the staff, from check in, service advisor, loaner car staff, to check out, have always been years and have dealt with several service advisors. My advisor was professional and responded with any concerns. However, at checkout there was not a question of “Do you have any questions about your invoice”, or “Can I provide you an explanation”, e concerns. I had to inquire about where the paper work was from my inspection. The overall attitude is very disappointing… and it always filters from the top down. More
