Peter, my service manager, was great. However, this dealership seems to hide things in caveats around prepaid warranties/services. I Purchased the MB wheel and tire protection package as However, this dealership seems to hide things in caveats around prepaid warranties/services. I Purchased the MB wheel and tire protection package as advertised when signing. When it came time to use the warranty for a damaged rim they informed me that I didn’t purchase the “wheel and tire PLUS” package that would cover the cosmetic damage of the rim. First off reviewing the brochure of coverage a “Plus” option is not even listed, nor does the MB website mention any add-on option for the wheel and tire package. Severely disappointing, and makes me question why I prepaid maintenance, added wheel and tire warranty, as well as the “appearance package” warranty ; and just what they actually cover as well considering this experience. More
