The experience was okay. Had some issues with estimates in the very beginning, it was able to get resolved. Was told one price by the parts and labor department then when I arrived and dropped my vehicle off the service advisor gave me a different price that far exceeded what I was quoted for. She got in contact with the parts department and honored 95% of what was quoted. Was quoted $295.00 initially for a battery she came back with a price of $310.00. The mishap was she sent me a text for two different prices, $377.99 and $408.00 a few hours later after I drop my car off. Long story short it was resolved. They were able to get me in without an appointment that was a plus. The overall staff when arrived and departed was friendly, the cashier not so much, I assume that she was annoyed because I was asking her questions in regards to the bill. Overall it was an okay experience. More
I was going out of town on business, but had an unexpected problem with my car. My service manager got the problem resolved quickly and I was able to leave at the time I needed to do so.
