I have been having an ongoing air conditioning issue with my GLC 300 so I took it in for service and was assisted by Service Advisor Jasper Mendoza who arranged a courtesy vehicle for the almost 2 weeks the my GLC 300 so I took it in for service and was assisted by Service Advisor Jasper Mendoza who arranged a courtesy vehicle for the almost 2 weeks the service took due to a part needing to be ordered. Jasper kept the vehicle a couple of extra days to confirm that the issue was resolved. In and out quickly and when I went back to pick up my car Jasper once again got the paperwork pulled together and although they were quite busy his son who is working there as a summer job kept me entertained talking about golf. About as painless as you could expect when having to get my vehicle serviced. More

I truly appreciate my service advisor Chris Palumbo, and think he gives great advise and service. Friday after my service I waited 30 minutes for my car, not because the line was long but because the "kids think he gives great advise and service. Friday after my service I waited 30 minutes for my car, not because the line was long but because the "kids" did not know what they doing, they could not find my car or other customers. Finally, an older gentleman came over and straightened things 30 minutes. The lady at the checkout did not answer questions just took the money and gave receipts. I am having trouble with my apple play on my car and asked to see a product spec. He was busy with and your very nice receptionist took my name and number and said he would call this e to set an appointment to look into my issue. Did not hear anything back. If it was not for Chris I would not return to this dealership More
