The shuttle service was terrible and unprofessional. I signed in and waited my turn for the shuttle. I was told my destination would inconvenience the next person waiting. The employee communicated with one another employee as if I wasn’t standing two feet away and couldn’t understand every word of Spanish. The driver insisted he wasn’t going to take me. I was told the next person waiting in line would have to go first. I refused because I signed in first and was waiting before the next person even arrived. They tried to tell me I need to pick somewhere else besides my destination to use shuttle services. I only needed to go to Jersey Village which is 15 miles. The entire transaction was unprofessional. Worst experience ever. They took my car for 2 hours and told me they did the alignment, steering wheel adjustment, rotated the tires (my car has different size tires on fro They took my car for 2 hours and told me they did the alignment, steering wheel adjustment, rotated the tires (my car has different size tires on front and back so it’s physically not possible to rotate the tires) and a bunch of other things. After driving the vehicle it still wasn’t driving properly and they told me that’s how it’s supposed drive and that I’m suppose to drive it for at least 40 minutes before it driver proper LOL, there’s no issue the roads are crowned off for flooding purpose so it’s normal for the car to not drive straight. All types of things. After coming back a man who claimed to be the service manager told me the technicians never did any work to the car. After leaving an honest review on Google, I received another call from someone who claimed to be the real manager and told me to come back, they’ll fix the issue and give me a free tank of gas for all the back and forth. So I drove 40 minutes back to the dealership with Tolls only to be told once again the car is driving normal and I don’t qualify for any compensation. So I decided to just go to my friends mechanic shop and he immediately told me there’s nothing mechanically wrong with the car, it’s the tires. They sold you a car with bad tires, that’s why it won’t drive straight. The dealership service dept refused to even admit the car was not driving proper. Instead told me a bunch of lies, wasted 3 days of my life and an entire tank of gas plus a bunch of unnecessary money for tolls. More
