The service advisor that took care of my maintenance was very unprofessional. She made a lot of mistakes and she called me to talk to me about it and " apologize " . I was not able to pick up the phone and she left a VM and, when I called her back and emailed her to talk, she never return a phone call or e-mail me back. She supposed to arrange a service pickup and she never did it...I had to call to find out if my car was done, as she never called me to go over everything the need it to do on my car and discussed it. Therefore, after I called, that was the time I need to leave work, I asked for someone to pick me up and they did not have anybody variables so, I have to wait... after the person pick me up, then she called me to let me know that ,y car was ready...and someone was coming to pick me up. The car maintenance service per se, was good, as always. More
