Bad service center service; booked two services here as part of a package from Autonation (this is ultimately an Autonation dealership / service center, not Merc-exclusive), and Mr. Shanklin sent me home b part of a package from Autonation (this is ultimately an Autonation dealership / service center, not Merc-exclusive), and Mr. Shanklin sent me home both times on the first try because he didn't have the filter for my Infiniti, despite the appointment having been booked 1-2 weeks ahead of time. Both times, in the most indifferent tone, "we don't have it, not a Mercedes, you'll just have to come back tomorrow". After making me wait in the car 15-20min each time lol. What a waste of time. Do your job and check what appointments you have, so you have what you need to do your job. Can't even order oil filters, imagine ordering parts for larger repairs. More

Trade my new brand 2023 GMC which has 3k miles on it with 2017 Range Rover sport 65kmiles that not happy for the deal later , first bought it expensive 2nd I wish they repair a car before selling it , after 2017 Range Rover sport 65kmiles that not happy for the deal later , first bought it expensive 2nd I wish they repair a car before selling it , after bringing the Range Rover home the next day when start the engine it saying (coolant level low ) So I came talked with Don moralis the salesperson he said take ur car those guys by service department will add some coolant then u are good to go I did so and those warning signs disappeared then took car back to home after 3days parking I took the car again for a 10miles trip unfortunately it was saying coolant level low and then giving me other signs that your engine is overheating. Now the car is with service department and I’m really pissed if the situation that at least they must repair their used cars before selling , my 2023 gmc it’s 3k mileage and new brand has no issues . Very sad . I hope they can fix the car honestly . Don’t want to trading new brand car with a used and low model car like this to take it to service for repairing everyday . I must have good experience with my first deal at Mercedes Benz of greenway location not to bring the car for service while haven’t used it for at least 50miles . More
