When I was leaving the dealership it was raining and as I was driving out the open hood light came on and I had to get out in the rain and close my hood properly. Then the notification turned off. My assigned service professional, Jay, is always very helpful and provides exemplary customer service. The greeters and all that you come in contact with once parked in the breezeway really set the the helpful and provides exemplary customer service. Usually the service is top notch but not this time unfortunately. The car still had the check engine light issue for which I brought it in. Communication was very slow and I had to keep checking back unfortunately. The car still had the check engine light issue for which I brought it in. I also asked for a car appraisal to see if it would be worthwhile to trade it in. Never got an appraisal either despite being told they would send me one More
Jessica went out of her way to assist me with an issue. She got a mileage extension for me on the loaner so I could visit an out of town relative and was always prompt when responding to my queries.
