The dealership was very efficient. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a service tech, who informed me of my service advisor’s name. The advisor attended to the needs of my car and advised with a video of the needed service of my inspection which was awesome. The video help gain my confidence in them and the quality of service they provided for me while I waited in comfort for the repairs of my car. Upon completion of the service repairs they even cleaned my car. I was very impressed. This was my first time having my car serviced there. Very good first impression More

They replaced 4 tires but left an unmatched tire for a spare, a different size tire. Informed. Them, as that is a safety issue, using the different tire causes irregular ride and steering which could lead spare, a different size tire. Informed. The process was straight to the point, no going around the bush. No haggling as if you’re going to a cheap shop.
