Took my car to get serviced at 7am 12/23. They told me it would be ready by 1745 on 12/23, Friday afternoon. I showed up at 1855 - rushed, to make sure I wouldn’t be stuck with a rental for C They told me it would be ready by 1745 on 12/23, Friday afternoon. I showed up at 1855 - rushed, to make sure I wouldn’t be stuck with a rental for Christmas Eve/Christmas since I needed to take my dog to my family’s house. I get there I pay, and my car is nowhere to be found… it’s still on the lift - no one told the service guy and they had ample time to tell me so I wouldn’t have had to modify my schedule that evening. I’m standing there confused and the service manager looks at me and says just keep the loaner. Now I’m upset because I can’t have dogs in the loaner so how am I supposed to transport our family member to see family on Christmas?! Straight garbage. Jay didn’t reach out until Monday to “follow-up”. Didn’t even realize I hadn’t picked up my car yet. More
