Sam was very helpful finding the right car. Frank was very helpful teaching the features. Two disappointing experiences: the trade in valuation (tried a ridiculous, unprofessional low-ball, but Frank was very helpful teaching the features. Two disappointing experiences: the trade in valuation (tried a ridiculous, unprofessional low-ball, but that came from management); and I had to wait 30 minutes to close and commence the paperwork, even though I had an appointment. (Sam had other customers, despite my appointment and eventually had Frank handle the closing. Frank was great.) More

Buying process pretty straightforward and they offered nearly the highest value for my trade in. The used vehicle I purchased was in great condition to begin with, but they serviced it and put brand new t nearly the highest value for my trade in.
