I had an excellent experience with my sales person Patel at the Mercedes-Benz Greenway location in Houston Texas. I originally went in the dealership by myself and looked around at the cars on the outside. at the Mercedes-Benz Greenway location in Houston Texas. I originally went in the dealership by myself and looked around at the cars on the outside. On that day, I did not want to be harassed by any sales persons. I was just browsing the parking lot. I went back in again on another day by myself and Patel was my sales person. I felt very relaxed with him as myself being a female there by myself. He explained things very thoroughly to me. We went over the quote and he allowed me time with no harassment to think about what I wanted to do. He offered suggestions and he listened to me. This was a huge plus for me because I was there talking about purchasing a car as a female by myself. I left and came back a third time but, this time with my parents, My parents thought as well as myself that he is an excellent sales person. On the day of delivery of the car, my dad was with me. Everything went smoothly with not one hiccup. I would definitely recommend him as a sales person to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Mercedes Benz. More
