I purchased a used GLE 300d from another dealership but have had it serviced by by MB of Houston Greenway for the last three years. Finding a reliable service provider for a diesel isn't easy since they h have had it serviced by by MB of Houston Greenway for the last three years. Chris Palumbo is a great service advisor and has always taken care of every request I've had, no matter how ridiculously OCD it is. Purchase went okay, I get a couple of follow up emails, all good, then I get a 6:00 AM text asking my opinion of the dealership waking us both. I’m irate and write an email to my salesman demanding an exp all good, then I get a 6:00 AM text asking my opinion of the dealership waking us both. I’m irate and write an email to my salesman demanding an explanation and an apology. No response. At the end of the day I send it again and copy two more people. Still no response. The next morning I get ANOTHER 6:00 AM wake up text. Obviously, a bit of insincerity about how much they care about me or my purchase. More
