Jerry Jow has been my Service Advisor for many years over multiple vehicles. He always takes good care of me, answering any questions I may have including having the technician or Service Manager talk with multiple vehicles. He always takes good care of me, answering any questions I may have including having the technician or Service Manager talk with me about more in-depth technical questions. I really like the process of having the technician video their inspection of the vehicle showing areas of concern to better aid my decision making. Jerry highlights things that are of immediate concern versus things that could be delayed or "nice to have". While I have a Mercedes dealer closer to where I live and have tried their service, Jerry's approach and attitude have me returning to MB Greenway for all my service needs. More
