You get this because of Jay Kuhn and the workers in service. Your reservation people would have one star. I have a 20-year-old Benz I bought new from you It has 64,300 miles on it and is just really service. Your reservation people would have one star. I have a 20-year-old Benz I bought new from you It has 64,300 miles on it and is just really getting broken in. I bring it in regularly for service and Jay always does an excellent job helping me. I always have had a loaner car as I am an elderly widow and do not have another car or anyone who can help me. I am still working and have to get to work from your agency. I also had doctors' appointments during the time the car would be at your facility. Those women refused to work with me or help me even though they knew I would be going elsewhere for service. Somehow, the problem was resolved, buy not thanks to those rude women on reservations. If I ever buy a new Benz, it will be because of Jay and your repair people. More
I always grateful with Peter on how he got a personal touch with his customers. Checking out is a hassle. I had called to make sure you guys take my discover Synchrony card and even checked my banking fo touch with his customers. Checking out is a hassle. I had called to make sure you guys take my discover Synchrony card and even checked my banking for their promotions going on. When I was at the cashier the lady doesn’t know what to do keep saying it’s declining the card. She called Peter and then he called another lady named Haile. She took my card and processed then gave me my receipt. Monday, Haile called me and saying I picked up my vehicle without a payment. I was ticked off and told her that she gave me a receipt and it did shows on my account the payment was done and charged my Discover Synchrony card. She asked me to email a proof but because I am not sure who I am talking to. I asked her to email me a request then I will forward my card activity. She was hesitant but I told her that will be the only way I will forward my information. Took a few minutes nothing was emailed so I called her twice and decided to just email Peter the information she needed so it can be forwarded it to her. Then after few minutes I received the email from her and sent her the attachment then called her and she said she just received it. No more words from her after that or apologies 😔 But of course the next day I have received an email thanking and apologizing for the inconvenience from Peter. Really appreciate Peter for being professional. Honestly, I was offended by Haile’s call and yet no words after. I know she’s just doing her job but obviously she is not on top of it. All it takes is an apology for her lack of knowledge of the situation. More
