Jay at Mercedes Greenway takes such GREAT care of me and my C300. I had a blow out in Houston and had to drive super slow to get to Mercedes. I had a horrific experience at this dealership. The upper management does not care at all for customers. They only care about money and their EGO. The sales associate was pleasant. Took hours and was made to feel horrible and I would never recommend anyone to ever go to this dealership. I left without buying the car. The management played games with me over a second key that I was trying to get for the vehicle. It only had one. The cost was only about $350.00 but they did not care. Made a decision to let the customer leave without caring one bit. Lost a customer, all my friends and family business to them over a key for $350.00. Do not go here. Not worth time or energy. I learned the hard way. More
