I mentioned that I was within my 5-day return window and would return the car if necessary. Suddenly, their attitude changed, and they offered me a loaner car while mine was charging. The salesperson did his best to help, but he didn’t have the authority to make decisions. It’s frustrating that I had to threaten to return the car just to get help. More
