I want to say I drive a hour just to get to this specific location, everytime I come I'm never disappointed. This time my service rep was Victor Albiter, I came in for a check engine light and had to leave i location, everytime I come I'm never disappointed. The next morning got a call and said come and get your rental, although I told him it didn't need to be a suv he still end up getting us one. I bought a Tesla, but the dealership didn't deactivate the car from the previous owner's account. As a result, I can't set up my own Tesla account and won't be able to use any Superchargers. When I went back to the dealership and asked to charge the car because the battery was running low, one of the managers got an attitude and told me I needed to figure it out myself. I mentioned that I was within my 5-day return window and would return the car if necessary. Suddenly, their attitude changed, and they offered me a loaner car while mine was charging. The salesperson did his best to help, but he didn’t have the authority to make decisions. It’s frustrating that I had to threaten to return the car just to get help. More
