I want to say I drive a hour just to get to this specific location, everytime I come I'm never disappointed. This time my service rep was Victor Albiter, I came in for a check engine light and had to leave i location, everytime I come I'm never disappointed. This time my service rep was Victor Albiter, I came in for a check engine light and had to leave it for service they were out of loaner cars at the time but Victor gave me his word and said he would work on getting me one. The next morning got a call and said come and get your rental, although I told him it didn't need to be a suv he still end up getting us one. I bought a Tesla, but the dealership didn't deactivate the car from the previous owner's account. As a result, I can't set up my own Tesla account and won't be able to use any Superchargers. When I went back to the dealership and asked to charge the car because the battery was running low, one of the managers got an attitude and told me I needed to figure it out myself. I mentioned that I was within my 5-day return window and would return the car if necessary. Suddenly, their attitude changed, and they offered me a loaner car while mine was charging. The salesperson did his best to help, but he didn’t have the authority to make decisions. It’s frustrating that I had to threaten to return the car just to get help. More
