I had to bring my car in on an emergency basis, wouldn't shift our of first. They were not able to give me a loaner, because none were available. They provided shuttle service for me to Hawaii Kai. My repair rep called me to set up a rental through a Mercedes contract(a discounted rate), sent the shuttle out to pick me up and bring me to the rental agency. As soon as a loaner was available, Wayne Maeda called and they picked me up at the rental agency. All of these trips were done at my convenience and were done in a timely manner. My vehicle was fixed and returned to me in the shortest time possible. More

I was given a fair estimate on the repairs but opted to trade the car in and purchase another. I am enjoying the new very much. More
